Jukebox Health will provide an online store for members to use their over the counter benefit dollars towards the purchase of minor home modification products. Jukebox Health also provides installation services for those products and devices that require installation.
When the costs of products and installations exceed the over the counter benefit allowance, members will be responsible for the remaining costs and can split payments between their benefits card and their personal credit card. No. However, products that are not installed by a Jukebox Health installer are not eligible for replacement and any damage caused will not be the responsibility of Jukebox Health.
